Provide international HR consulting services to all business sectors, including Financial Services. Experienced in setting up core HR functions including policy review, recruitment, succession planning, implementation of performance management processes and executive coaching.

As an Expert Witness, accept instructions from lawyers acting for both Plaintiffs / Claimants and Defendants to provide employment reports in connection with personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial and employment litigation.

Established the HR function for a FTSE 250 international Private Equity Investment and Fund Management business. Focused on aligning output with reward and incentives, by introducing a performance management process and a system linked to competency and compensation. Initiated a new HR system to further develop performance management and set up a Training and Development Committee, management guidelines and e-learning on the intranet.
