Spent over 30 years as a Flight Attendant and Inflight Manager, beginning at Western Airlines in May 1981 and continuing with the merger in April 1987 with Delta Air Lines.

Eight years supervisory experience managing employee performance in North American and international aviation operations. Responsible for briefing domestic and international cabin crews in daily base operations including aligning crews in support of on-time operations, security and safety updates and customer service updates.

Project Leader of Flight Attendant Performance Tracking Team, creating, implementing and training other Performance Managers on an electronic job performance file and tracking system for use in managing Flight Attendant job performance.

Human resource supervisory responsibilities for up to 350 Flight Attendant direct reports at four bases in Florida, including employee timeliness, regulatory and corporate compliance in safety/security, customer service professionalism and cabin crew teamwork.

Additionally, collaborated with corporate Human Resources team in updating employee performance development, discipline policy and procedures and employment termination cases. Served as Company representative on Conflict Resolution Board and key communicator in employee relation strategies.
