Ensured salaries were consistent throughout the division by performing salary benchmarking. Provided assistance to management in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and work performance. Evaluated employee underperformance with managers, reviewing potential programmes and negotiating contracts in compliance with budget.  Accountable for a large budget covering training and communication.

Developed a corporate communication campaign with an external agency to attract candidates from the best universities and business schools. Improved internal communications by introducing and producing an employee newsletter.
